The Pond Cottage B&B

The Cottage is the heart of the Misty Mountains, with a heated spa pool on the verandah overlooking the platypus pond and a glass fronted slow combustion wood heater for the cooler mountain nights.

The cosy Cottage is the ideal base to explore Ravenshoe and the AthertonTablelands/Cairns Highlands.

The property abounds with wildlife including platypus, wallaby, Lumholtz's Tree Kangaroo, many wild birds and pea fowl, guinea fowl and muscovy ducks.

A delicious tropical breakfast is provided daily, the Pond breakfast is - home made fresh bread, croissants, butter, jams and spreads, fresh cut fruit salad with yoghurt, cereals & milk, oranges to squeeze on the electric juicer and bananas in season. your first basket is delivered when we greet you with a cold bubbly drink.
